This is a lovely board. After reading the two reviews, I made sure and purchased the board from an Amazon seller. This makes it very easy to return if damaged - which is important when making such an expensive purchase. Sure enough, when it arrived, the box was damaged. When we opened it up, there were 3 huge dents in the board. I was a bit surprised that there was any damage, because the parts were very well wrapped and protected. We could only surmise that something punched through the box and into the board. We called Amazon and they said they would send another and pick the old one up. A week later the second one arrived. The delivery man waited until I opened the box and checked the board for dents - because this one was going straight back with him!. Fortunately this one was perfect. I was hoping he would take the first box with him, but that is a separate pick up process. The instructions were not concise but doable. During assembly I realized that one leg did not have drill holes in it. So I used a leg from the first box and finally saw a silver lining for having 2 HUGE boxes and an even bigger mess in my house. After another call to Amazon we waited another 4 days for the first board (and bum leg!) to get returned.So make sure you order from an Amazon seller. Your life will be much easier if there is a problem.
