It is, however, very quiet, lightweight, and great for something like Permanent Make Up. please do research on the difference in machines for tattoos and pmuReally impressed w this rotary pen I have the mast tour pro also but Siya has to be my favorite, I love the even weight distribution. Speed levels 5-11 beautiful pixilation just what you need for your PMU business the hit is harder but with the proper technique you can create beautiful work.it stopped working definitely does what it said but it has stopped working and when you try to turn it off it turns red and I am unable to see the lcd screen on how fast my needle is going
