I wanted to try out one MojoBox for one my rental buildings to see whether I like it, given the reviews on Amazon and on the company’s website.The MojoBox arrived shortly after ordering. It came without instructions and locked. However, on the back of the packaging (which is neatly done) it says to use USB to power up if the unit is closed. AND there is a QR code sticker on the back of the product from which I could scan and reach out to customer service who provided me with step by step set-up instructions.Afterwards, I realized that ALL BASIC INSTRUCTIONS are on the Amazon sale page :-) So if your unit comes without the instructions - don’t fret! Now you know where to find them.I was able to easily set up the MojoBox through the app that I downloaded on my phone. The app is very intuitive and easy to use. I find it very useful that you can name the various MojoBoxes you own in the app - especially when you have multiple apartments to manage.Given the price of the MojoBox and its functionality, I will purchase more for all my rental buildings. Highly recommend the MojoBox.
