I ordered this whiteboard and it came fairly quick (within 1 week). However, it came with problems. The first package was ripped and mangled with holes in the corners. The screws, markers, and the shorter bars were MISSING because they delivered it with multiple holes and shipping didn't bother to tape it up.After contacting customer service, we were able to get a 2nd one (waited about 1 month). The 2nd one came home fine with no problems or holes. We were able to build it, but it is a 2 person job. The holes don't perfectly align, and if you're using the Allen wrench that comes with the package, it's going to take a while to screw in the holes. The ease of flipping the board back and forth is a little difficult since you have to loosen the knob which also determines the pressure to hold the board up so we don't flip it. In addition, we attached the marker holder on the bottom so if we flip it, it'll be upside down. It's "rollability" is a 3.5 since the wheels don't really move, but overall the whiteboard is light enough to push around. The magnet eraser is CLUTCH. Markers are okay, you're going to eventually buy more anyway.Overall, customer service was great. They did not charge us a 2nd time at all for shipping/handling. We were able to keep our first board as well so we have it leaning against the wall for fun drawings. It's too heavy to drill/command strip to the wall on it's own, and since we live in an apartment, we're too lazy.It works, but barely. Half of my parts didn’t even fit into each other. Do not buy this item.This is a large dry erase board. It is the length of an upright piano. It is two sided, and magnetic. The magnetic eraser it comes with is better quality than the extra one I purchased. The board flips over and has wheels. It also comes with some magnets too, but I haven’t used them yet. Cleans easily.The board itself is just fine. The frame however is very flimsy. I have this board in my office. I don’t roll it anywhere. Even still, the frame has fallen apart and I’ve spent more time trying to rig it back together than I should.Overall I love this whiteboard. It is easy to clean and easy to assemble. Only problem I had was from the company delivering it. There were some dents on the whiteboard that were in the form of finger presses.This is great and works great during covid work from home situations. Would have been better if the board was bit more sturdy.It works fine, but the stand squeaks a lot when in use.Bottom part of the board was broken already. Forgot to contact for the replacement early.Amazon did not allow for the return due to 30day return policy.It has been about a month. Welding was wrong on the right bottom side of the board and it keeps falling off when moving the board around. Clearly defective.The whiteboard itself is excellent but the black frame had some scuffing blemishes where they had rubbed together in transit as they don't have a plastic wrapper on each part. It doesn't affect the performance of the board itself, but if you want perfect appearance you may be disappointed.Good value and quality whiteboard. Arrived on time. There were some minor defects from the shipping but not something that woud require to returned to be honest. Easy to assemble and use.
