Very disappointing, it’s a big item to be returned!I got this to use at Boy Scouts as we use boards for different reasons, either scheduling or giving a demonstration on the board. This board, which measures 72x40 is large enough for an entire room of about 40 kids to see without much difficulty. The board was easy to mount and all the parts needed to assemble and hang the board came with it. The only annoying part was it came with a bubble in the middle of the board.As the board is large enough, it poses little obstacle when writing things out, however, for the cost of the item, I would expect it to not just be plastic laid over a board. So, this was a disappointment to discover that. With that, the markers write clean and smooth on the flat parts of the board. If you wipe within a day, the dry eraser works very well, however, if you leave writing up for a longer period, it does not come off clean. And so you need a solution to clean it off. I use Windex and that seems to work well enough. Overall, the size of the board makes this a nice item, but with a bubble in the middle, it does detract from its quality. So I think its overpriced because of that.I ordered this report as a way to add some organization and help with ideas in my home office. As I do a lot of work from home these days, it was important to be able to capture free-flowing ideas as well as help organize thoughts.This whiteboard was incredibly easy to install. It came completely assembled and was ready to go right out of the box. All I had to do was hammer the nails into the wall and hang it. Thanks to the level on my iPhone I had this hung by myself in about five minutes.That wipes clean very easily. It also has a magnetic surface which is great for holding additional papers and other magnets.I knew this was a huge board before we received it but since it arrives folded you don't realize how big it is until you unfold to its large 72x40 inch size! We homeschool, and we wanted a huge board for our school room. This is perfect. It is easy to hang, - does require 2 people as we wanted to make sure it was straight, not to mention its to big for 1 person to hold. The triangular hooks worked well for us to hang, it was easy with 2 of us doing it.The board has an aluminum frame and covered with four ABS plastic corners. It is very sturdy and solid. The white board is also magnetic. Our magnets are pretty strong and we had no issue with them holding papers onto the board. The white board is also compatible with all dry erase markers. It does come with 6 and they wrote smooth and no issues. So far we love our new school white erase board & it will be getting a ton of use.If you have a look at the top picture, the first thing you should notice is that there is a crease down the middle of this whiteboard. Though I do not mind it, if it’s going to be an issue for you then you might look for something else.There are four hooks for hanging at the top. Aluminum frame. There is a tray at the bottom for holding markers and an eraser.This whiteboard is made in China and being sold by Chinese company on Amazon. At the current price of over 200 bucks it’s certainly twice the price it should be. But overall it is fine, as long as you don’t mind a crease in the middle.
